Hewitt Associates – a worldwide management consulting firm – sought to increase the diversity of its workforce. They needed an agency that could assist them in creating and implementing a national recruitment branding campaign that would genuinely communicate to minority audiences that they were welcome and wanted at Hewitt. CMR developed a fully-integrated campaign, “Picture Yourself at Hewitt.” Campaign elements included: print advertising in upscale publications, a diversity website, brochures, trade show booths and event sponsorships. Over the duration of the campaign, Hewitt saw minority interest in the company increase by more than 40%.
